( 01 ) — Positioning

Organization and people strategy for companies that seek exceptional results.

I work with companies that want to turn people and culture management into a function that is solid, well-ordered and genuinely useful for the business.

( 02 ) — The starting point

Distance between people and business.

There are moments when people management stops responding to what the company needs and frictions begin to appear. Projects stall, communication gets harder, processes have been built by accumulation, and people decisions become reactions to one-off situations rather than something consistent.

The starting point is precisely to recognize that distance between the organization that exists and the one that is needed.

“The way we organize and manage people directly shapes how our business performs and how our clients perceive us.”

Business complexity creates situations that call for strategy and method.

( 03 ) — How I work

Every process moves through three moments.

  • Actively listen to where the organization is and understand where it wants to go.
  • Bring clarity on what needs to change, what is worth keeping and where to act first.
  • Build solutions that can actually happen.

Each intervention is custom-designed based on the context, priorities, and the current situation.

( 04 ) — Services

Tailored solutions.

Every organization is at a different stage, and recognizing this is crucial. Some may need a conversation to organize ideas, others a deeper transformation, and still others a specific tool or process to resolve a particular friction point. Depending on these needs, we can work using two approaches: building or developing.

The goal: ensuring people management helps the business achieve its objectives.

Private Equity & Venture Capital

People and organization for the next stage.

I help funds and portfolio companies review how their People function is working, how it interacts with the other areas and with the organization's talent, and build people management ready to grow—with organizational clarity and legal safety.

( 05 ) — Private Equity & Venture Capital

Understand the organization. Prepare its next stage.

I work with funds and portfolio companies to understand what is happening and what is expected, and to align people management with the new business, culture and values—combining management experience with a legal and labor perspective.

I look at how people's capabilities connect and what conditions allow them to collaborate. From there, we can review the processes, responsibilities and tools needed to create value.

Private equity

Strategic People audit.

I analyze how the People function works, how it interacts with leadership and the teams, and to what extent its practices respond to the business plan.

What I review

  • Priorities, responsibilities and coordination between People and the rest of the organization.
  • Internal communication.
  • People processes and consistency between culture, values and decisions.
  • Policies, documentation and labor practices from a legal-safety perspective.

How I do it

Review of documentation and data, interviews with key stakeholders and comparison against day-to-day management.

Output

An executive diagnosis, a map of risks and frictions, and a prioritized roadmap to decide what to keep, correct and develop.

Venture capital

Structuring and professionalizing People.

Together with the team, I build a way of managing people that supports growth and eases the handover to those who take on leadership.

What I develop

  • Clear responsibilities and decision criteria between founders, team leads and People.
  • Priority processes, coordination practices and tools adapted to the company's stage.
  • Policies and documentation that bring consistency and legal safety.

How I do it

I start from how the company actually works, design and implement the agreed solutions and support the team in applying them.

What I deliver

A People operating model with implemented processes, management guides and documentation for an orderly handover.

A perspective that connects business, people and legal safety.

My background combines 19 years of experience, legal training and people leadership. I work on the ecosystem that already exists in each company: its capabilities, its relationships and its ways of collaborating. I help understand and develop it so that people can create value for the business, its clients and society.

( 06 ) — Outcomes

People and organization aligned to reach the objectives.

  1. Clarity to decide.

  2. Consistency to manage.

  3. Capacity to move forward.

We recognize what is going on and what is worth addressing.

( 07 ) — Experience

Built on real-world experience.

Jennifer Díaz-Gibson

For 19 years, I have worked where decisions regarding people have a direct impact on the business. My career began in labor law and naturally evolved into People Management—always within organizations facing high operational complexity and during periods requiring adaptation, growth, or a redefinition of working methods.

I have served on Executive Committees, built People functions from the ground up, led transformation processes, designed management models, and guided complex decisions affecting the organization, its people, and the business. This experience has taught me that a sound people strategy is not about implementing more processes, but about building organizations capable of better achieving their objectives.

Any strategy only creates value when it responds to the reality of the business, makes sense to the people who must carry it out, and integrates naturally into day-to-day operations. That is the approach behind every one of my projects.

shall we talk?

Not every organization needs a big project. Sometimes it is enough to ask the right questions to understand what is happening and where to focus.

Let's talk about your organization, your needs and the decisions on your table. From your reality, we'll build the next step together.
